Fish is a great choice, it's packed with protein and low in fat. No wonder some of our most popular meals are in the fish range. With plenty of frozen fish ready meals to choose from we pick out some of our favourites.

1. Fish and Chips

Fish and chips is the ultimate classic British dish! We have options for everyone with our Chef's Favourite battered fish served with chips or if you prefer a lighter breaded fish we have breaded fish and chips served with peas.

2. Fisherman's Pie

Did you know that fisherman's pie was actually introduced to Britain by the Romans!

This tasty fish pie is a combination of white fish and smoked haddock topped with a creamy mash and served with carrots and peas.

3. Salmon Fillet in Mint Butter Sauce

Salmon is packed with Omega-3 and is one of the healthiest fish to eat. Our Salmon in Mint Butter Sauce is a great light dish served with boiled potatoes, carrots and peas.

4. Scampi and Chips

Scampi is a popular shellfish dish made from battered or breaded langoustine tails, the name originates from the Italian for prawn tails. Our delicious scampi dish is breaded and served with golden chips and tasty peas.

5. Fillet of Trout in Lemon Sauce

Trout is another superfood with high nutrient levels. Like Salmon, it's great when paired with a rich sauce. Our fillet of trout is served in a tangy lemon sauce with fluffy mashed potato, broccoli, green beans and peas.

6. Smoked Haddock Gratin

Smoking fish used to be necessary to preserve the fish before the days of freezers. Now fish are smoked purely for the delicious flavour! We combine succulent pieces of smoked haddock with spinach in a creamy cheese sauce topped with a parsley and lemon crumb, to create our extra delicious Smoked Haddock Gratin. Served with skin baby potatoes, peas and green beans this dish is a real treat!

7. Fishcake with Mushy Peas

Fishcakes are older than you would think, they date all the way back to 200 BC in China! Served as a delicacy for the Emperor's wives. You can enjoy our more modern take on Fishake with Mushy Peas, made with smoked haddock, pollock, spring onion, and Cheddar Cheese. All served with a side of parsley-fried potatoes and mushy peas.

8. Warm Salmon and Potato Salad

A new addition to our summer menu our Warm Salmon and Potato Salad is an ideal dish for the warm weather. Mustard, honey, lemon and herb dressed covers a delicious combination of salmon, diced potatoes, asparagus tips, edamame beans, peas and Romano green beans.

9. Cod Fillet in Mornay Sauce

Cod is one of the most popular fishes consumed in the UK. However, mornay sauce was invented in back in the 16th century by a French Duke! Our Cod Mornay is served with parsley boiled potatoes, Romano green beans, green beans and peas.

10. Plaice in Breadcrumbs
